Beyond KinMyo

Kay Kennedy is a A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. She specializes in High Intensity Interval Training, also known as H.I.I.T., Functional Movement Training, Fat Loss, and Mass Building.

Kay holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University, an A.C.E. Athletic Performance and Conditioning certification, and Bootcamp/H.I.I.T training certification from NETA.

Kay is dedicated to educating clients on making lifestyle changes and focusing on obtainable short-term goals.
